Singapore Dog Day Out Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Organizer
This giveaway is organized by patpat-pets.com (“Organizer”).

Campaign Period
The giveaway starts on 8 Mar 2026, 10:00 AM SGT and ends on 19 Mar 2026, 11:59 PM SGT (“Campaign Period”). Entries submitted after the Campaign Period will not be considered.

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to participants in Singapore only.
Participants must have a valid Instagram account at the time of entry and winner contact.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Open the giveaway Instagram messaging ad;

2. Tap to start the Instagram DM conversation; and

3. Reply with an answer to the following prompt:
   “What would your dream dog day out in Singapore look like, and why?”

Only entries submitted via Instagram DM during the Campaign Period will be considered.

Winner Selection
This is a judged giveaway.
A total of 3 selected winners will be chosen by the Organizer based on:

• creativity,

• relevance to the prompt, and

• storytelling.

The Organizer’s decision is final.

Prizes
A total of 3 prizes will be awarded:

• 1 selected winner will receive 1 Carrier Bag

• 2 selected winners will each receive 1 Dog Harness

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

Prize Fulfilment
Selected winners will be contacted via Instagram DM by 26 Mar 2026.

Selected winners must reply within 48 hours of the Organizer’s message. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select another eligible entry.

For Dog Harness winners, the Organizer may request additional information, including but not limited to:

• dog breed,

• dog weight,

• chest measurement, and

• delivery details.

Dog Harness prizes are subject to size availability. The Organizer reserves the right to provide an alternative size, colour, or replacement of similar value where necessary.

Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they can receive Instagram DM messages from the Organizer.

Use of Entry Content
By entering, participants grant the Organizer permission to repost, share, or feature submitted responses, usernames, and related giveaway content on the Organizer’s Instagram, website, or marketing materials for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Personal Data
The Organizer may collect and use personal information provided by selected winners, such as name, contact number, delivery address, and pet-related information, solely for the purposes of:

• verifying eligibility,

• administering the giveaway, and

• fulfilling prize delivery.

Personal data will not be used for unrelated purposes without consent.

Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• is incomplete, false, or misleading,

• is submitted outside the Campaign Period,

• contains inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content, or

• breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Changes and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time, where reasonably necessary.
